General

Furry Pet Trading (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2015/429286/07 (“AllPawsOnline”), here after referred to as AllPawsOnline, is pet food distribution company which conducts business within the Republic of South Africa. Further information regarding the business is to be found on AllPawsOnline home page www.allpawsonline.co.za

Orders

Orders by the Customer for the Goods shall be made by the Customer online via our website www.allpawsonline.co.za.  In particular, in order for the Customer to place an Order, the Customer shall be required to sign up online, which includes providing various information to AllPawsOnline.  All such information shall be processed and stored by AllPawsOnline in accordance with AllPawsOnline Privacy Policy (see below). 

Subsequent to the Customer placing an Order, the Customer will receive an Order Confirmation from AllPawsOnline.

AllPawsOnline will not be responsible for any errors or misunderstandings that occur during the placing of an Order, or for the failure by the Customer to provide AllPawsOnline with correct and accurate information when placing an Order or as set out on any quote, Order Confirmation and/or Delivery Note.

The Customer confirms that the information given by it when placing an Order is accurate and complete. The Customer further agrees to update such information, failing which AllPawsOnline will not be liable for any inaccuracies or lack of completeness of such information, or any consequential failure to deliver the Goods properly.

Orders and Order Confirmations shall constitute offers to purchase the Goods in question at the usual Prices of AllPawsOnline.

All Orders received will be submitted to AllPawsOnline for processing and will be subject to acceptance by AllPawsOnline by way of the Delivery of the Goods.

AllPawsOnline shall be entitled to recover from the customer any extra costs, including delivery costs, incurred by AllPawsOnline due, directly or indirectly, to the actions of the Customer including instances where the Customer:

• alters the Order, including where AllPawsOnline delivers the Goods in accordance with the Order, and the Customer alters the Order upon or after Delivery; or

• refuses to accept Delivery notwithstanding that the Goods meet the specifications set out in the Order; or

• fails or delays to give full particulars needed by AllPawsOnline; or 

• otherwise delays the Order process.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 to 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of confirmation receipt on email.  Goods will be delivered to the address marked as delivery address.

Delivery will be done free of charge within the greater Helderberg Basin (Western Cape).  Delivery outside of these areas will be charged for as communicated and agreed with the customer. 

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the goods in accordance with this clause, AllPawsOnline shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage for failure to effect Delivery timeously for any reason beyond AllPawsOnline reasonable control.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods by AllPawsOnline is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, AllPawsOnline will refund the client in full within 30 days.   

If the customer finds any of the goods to be defective, the customer must within 30 days after delivery of the goods inform AllPawsOnline of the defect, in writing, and return the goods to AllPawsOnline.

Notwithstanding the a foregoing, AllPawsOnline shall have no liability or obligation to the Customer in respect of any Goods which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper, use, negligence, accident, alteration or tampering at the hands of the customer, and the customer hereby indemnifies AllPawsOnline accordingly.

Orders placed incorrectly or by mistake of Customer will need to be returned to AllPawsOnline on the Customer's own account. No refunds will be made until the Goods are returned in good order to the specified location of AllPawsOnline. In such instances a 10% transaction fee will be levied and can take up to 2 weeks to clear. 

Customer privacy policy 

Your right to privacy is VERY important to AllPawsOnline. We respect your right to control how much information you provide to us and, save as specifically contemplated herein, we collect only information which enables us to ensure that your experience when using our services remains interactive and easy to use, such as your internet protocol address and browser Information.

We use cookies to store and sometimes track information about your navigation through our website. This enables us to improve the overall user experience. Some features of our site may be available only through the use of a cookie. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Generally, we use cookies to remind us who you are and enable us to access your account information so you do not have to re-enter it; gather statistical information about usage by registered or unregistered users, research visiting patterns, and help target advertisements and product offerings based on user interests; and track progress and participation in the Site’s content. 

Cookies we collect:

This website is built on the popular Drupal open source platform and uses a number of standard Drupal cookies in order to function fully.

The SESS... cookie is a Drupal session cookie used when an authorised user (in other words, an AllPawsOnline member) logs in. You won't get this if you are an anonymous user.

The has_js cookie records whether your browser has JavaScript enabled.

Collecting information

The standard Drupal logs used on the AllPawsOnline website collect information on usage - IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information - and is recorded for all site visitors for the purpose of site traffic analytics and to enable us to check and rectify any website errors. The data in these logs normally lasts for approximately two to three weeks and is then overwritten. Data in these logs is only accessible to AllPawsOnline staff or to organisations working on the AllPawsOnline website (in practice, this means only our website developers).

For an authorised user (in other words, an AllPawsOnline shopper), Drupal logs the date and time that you last accessed the website.

The website holds the name and e-mail of AllPawsOnline shoppers. Address information will be held by the AllPawsOnline website if you purchase products. Credit card payment details are handled separately and securely by PayGate (Pty) Ltd.

AllPawsOnline shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the AllPawsOnline bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for AllPawsOnline via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.  

Customer details will be stored by AllPawsOnline separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.zaThe merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
